I’ve still got lots of summertime shots to share, but as the fall kicks in the winter constellations are just starting to show themselves in the pre-dawn light. I captured this view of the Horsehead and Flame nebulae over this past week just before dawn. I could only capture about 45 min each morning threading the needle between it rising and dawn. I managed to get 3 hours of integration time with short 60 second exposures in an HOO palette which is close to the real colors as our eyes would see them were they sensitive enough.
I hope you like it and are having a great weekend!
