song. She sang it a cappella, showing her incredible voice.
Darci Lynne became famous after winning America’s Got Talent at just 12 years old with her ventriloquism act, where she used puppets to sing. Now, at 19, she’s proving she’s more than just a ventriloquist.
In a recent performance, Darci sang
“I Dreamed a Dream” with no music and no puppets, letting her voice take the spotlight. Her emotional and powerful performance has impressed fans, showing that she is a talented singer too.
Darci has been working hard to grow her career. In a 2017 interview with The Oklahoman, she shared her big dreams. “I don’t want to just be known as the puppet girl or a singing ventriloquist,” she said. “I want to be a performer, singer, ventriloquist, actress, Broadway star-everything. I want to do it all.” Since then, she’s been trying new things, like singing with her family and performing solo, to show her full range of talents.
